You'll Need:<br /><br />- 1 baguette<br />- oil for frying<br />- 10-11 oz ground beef<br />- 8 tbsp BBQ sauce<br />- ½ red onion, sliced<br />- ¼ cup jalapeños<br />- 3.5 oz shredded cheddar<br />- ½ stick soft butter<br />- 2 tbsp chopped parsley<br />- 1 clove garlic, chopped<br />- salt<br /><br />Here's How:<br /><br />1. Cut the baguette in half in the middle and again through the center lengthwise. Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the ground beef. Add the BBQ sauce and stir until the beef is well coated. Then add the beef mixture to the bottom halves of the baguettes.<br /><br />2. Sprinkle with red onion, jalapeños, and cheese.<br /><br />3. To prepare the herb-garlic butter mix, add butter, parsley, garlic and salt in a small mixing bowl and mash the ingredients together with a fork.<br /><br />4. Brush the butter mixture onto the closed baguettes and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
