Let's get started.<br /><br />You'll need (for 2 people):<br /><br />For the Kielbasa Schnitzel:<br /><br />- 4 slices kielbasa<br />- flour<br />- beaten egg<br />- breadcrumbs<br />- oil for frying<br /><br />For the sauce:<br /><br />- ½ cup butter<br />- 2 tbsp tomato paste<br />- 2 tbsp flour<br />- 5 fl oz water<br />- 1 cup ketchup<br />- 1 pinch sugar<br />- salt and pepper<br /><br />In addition:<br /><br />- 8.8 oz pasta spirals<br /><br />Here's how:<br /><br />1. Cut four slices from the kielbasa, each a little under half an inch thick. Coat them in flour, then dip them in egg and finally cover them in breadcrumbs.<br /><br />2. Fry them in a pan with hot oil until they're golden brown on both sides.<br /><br />3. To prepare the sauce, melt the butter in a pan and add the tomato paste. When they're evenly mixed together, add the flour while stirring continuously.<br /><br />4. Continue stirring while adding the water and the ketchup. Next, season the sauce with sugar, salt and pepper.<br /><br />5. Cook the pasta while you're making the sauce.
