You'll Need:<br /><br />- 1 cup chocolate<br />- 1 cup cream cheese<br />- 1 tbsp vanilla extract<br />- 4/5 cup whipping cream<br />- 14 Oreo cookies (or any similar cookies with a high cocoa content)<br />- mint to garnish<br /><br />Here's How:<br /><br />1. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream cheese and vanilla extract. Then carefully fold the mixture into the whipped up cream.<br /><br />2. Split the Oreos in half (as many do anyway!). Scrape away the filling and eat it up — the filling isn't need for our Chocolate Mousse Flower Pots. Crush up the cookies until they have a soil like consistency.<br /><br />3.Fill up drinking glasses with the chocolate mousse and sprinkle the cookie soil on top. For the finishing touch, "plant" a sprig of mint into the soil.
