Japan is expected to approve a revised rule for removing South Korea from its "whitelist" of countries that enjoy expedited procedures for export controls next Friday, August 2nd.<br />According to Japanese daily Yomiuri Shimbun on Friday, Tokyo plans to pass the revised rule at the Japanese Cabinet on that day.<br />If the revised rule passes, it'll go into effect 21 days after being approved.<br />
