Indonesian authorities have announced plans to shut down Komodo Island in January next year to protect its wildlife.<br /><br />The popular tourist destination is home to the endangered Komodo dragon, the world's largest lizard.<br /><br />Drone footage shows the stunning scenery at the popular tourist destination in July 2017.
