The joy of a blind Vietnamese woman given her own home - and fan - for the first time.<br /><br />Bui Thi Be, 59, lives alone in Hoa Binh province, Vietnam, where she was given a small home with free electricity by a charity group.<br /><br />It was her first home with electricity, which enabled her to have a fan for the first time too. She was shown how to use it by charity workers, bringing her to tears of joy.<br /><br />This heartwarming moment was filmed in Lac Son District, Hoa Binh Province, Vietnam on 21 July.
