South Korea held trade talks with Japan on the sidelines of a meeting in China on the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership.<br />Seoul's trade ministry said on Saturday that its senior trade representatives sat down with their Japanese counterparts on Friday when the meeting started.<br />They reportedly asked Tokyo to withdraw its export curbs and keep Seoul on its trade whitelist. <br />
