Power station cooling tower is demolished in the north of England

Thousands of spectators watched the demolition of a cooling tower at Ferrybridge power station in Yorkshire, northern England.<br /><br />'Tower 6' was the first of several expected to be destroyed at the plant, which was closed in 2016.
