정부, 북측 목선 및 선원 3명 송환... 대북 통지문 전달<br /><br />South Korea has sent back three North Korean fishermen who crossed the inter-Korean sea border over the weekend.<br />Seoul's unification ministry says they were sent back after questioning.<br />It notified the North this morning via the joint liaison office... and the crew and the fishing boat have both left.<br />Late Saturday, the boat crossed the Northern Limit Line and entered South Korean waters.<br />The South Korean military towed the boat to a naval base.<br />The North Korean crew said they'd crossed the border because of a "navigational error" and they did not want to defect.<br />But there had to be a detailed probe... because the South Korean military suspected that the boat might have belonged to the North Korean military.<br />
