정부, 북측 목선 및 선원 3명 송환... "대공혐의점 없어"<br /><br />South Korea has sent back three North Korean fishermen who crossed the inter-Korean sea border over the weekend.<br />Seoul notified the North this morning via the joint liaison office... and the crew and the fishing boat were handed over in the afternoon in the East Sea.<br />Late on Saturday, a North Korean boat with three crew members crossed the Northern Limit Line and entered South Korean waters.<br />The South Korean military towed the boat to a naval base... and questioned the crew.<br />It was found that while the boat does belong to the North Korean military,... the fishermen did not cross the border deliberately.<br />They claimed to have accidentally headed towards the South because they had no GPS and depended on a compass.<br />The military says the crew were civilians... and had fishing equipment, clothing and food onboard.<br />
