A helmet saved a scooter driver's life after his head was run over by a truck in eastern China.<br /><br />In the CCTV video, filmed in Ningbo city in Zhejiang province on July 11, a truck turning a corner knocked down a scooter and ran over driver's head.<br /><br />Fortunately, the man wore a helmet which helped protect his head.<br /><br />Although he suffered injuries, he was not in a life-threatening condition. <br /><br />According to reports, 44.79% of people who died in accidents in Ningbo city in 2018 were scooter drivers or passengers and 88.89% of these scooter drivers died from craniocerebral injury.
