Bella Giannulli, daughter of college admission scam defendant and former actress Lori Loughlin, broke her social media silence yesterday.<br />According to CNN, the 20-year-old took to Instagram to wish her mom a happy 55th birthday.<br />Loughlin has been laying low ever since she and her husband were charged in a college admissions cheating scheme.<br />Prosecutors allege that the couple paid $500,000 to a fake charity to get their two daughters into USC. <br />
