Caught on Cam: Crazy people riding scooters on freeway

Many cities are over run with electric scooters. These folks were caught riding an Atlanta highway on the scooters, no helmet.<br>This was on the Atlanta downtown connector northbound- where I-75 and I-85 are the same.
