A group of South Korean lawmakers is heading to Japan for two days... as they bid to ease tensions and find a diplomatic solution to the Seoul-Tokyo trade spat.<br />First up on Wednesday is a working lunch with Fuku-shiro Nu-kaga chief of a parliamentarians' union between the two countries... and lawmaker for Japan's ruling party.<br />The ten-member team will urge Tokyo to lift its export curbs and scrap plans to remove South Korea from its whitelist of countries that face minimal trade restrictions.<br />In a separate development,... South Korea's National Assembly will launch a bipartisan consultation group to deal with Japan's export controls today.<br />Comprised of rival party lawmakers, government ministers and representatives from the private sector, they'll be briefed by the finance ministry and discuss ways to resolve the issue.<br /><br />
