A jury has declared Katy Perry a plagerist.<br />Christian rapper Flame sued Perry, claiming her 2013 song "Dark Horse" copied "Joyful Noise."<br />The unanimous decision from a nine-person jury came after a weeklong trial.<br />During the trial Perry testified about the track's creation, Variety reported.<br />She was not in the courtroom when the verdict was read, the magazine said<br />Flame said "Dark Horse" infringed on his copyright.<br />He alleged the song used an underlying beat from his song without permission. <br />
