And over at the top office,... an emergency meeting of the National Security Council began about an hour ago.<br />The presidential spokesperson said,....the president's national security chief, Chung Eui-yong is chairing the meeting... and the meeting is focused on North Korea's missile launch this morning.<br />The spokesperson added, the South Korean and U.S. militaries are both looking into the details of the launches and the missiles themselves.<br />And we can expect the details of that meeting to be announced later today.<br />
