장마 끝났다더니 폭우<br /><br />Just when we thought we would be getting clear skies after the monsoon rain, heavy showers have returned to Korea's central region.<br />Seoul and surrounding areas were drenched in overnight downpours, with parts of the west coast receiving up to 125 millimeters of precipitation.<br />Several heavy rain advisories and warnings were issued this morning, but were lifted in the afternoon.<br />Weather authorities say the latest bout of rain is not part of this year's monsoon - which has ended - but the result of heat and air pressure coupled with an unstable atmosphere.<br />The rain is expected to last until tomorrow.<br />
