This is the terrifying moment a giant 'tsunami' wiped out tourists in a pool at Shuiyun Water Park after the wave machine malfunctioned in northern China.<br /><br />The video, filmed in Longjing city in Jilin province on July 29, shows a large wave produced by the wave machine sweeping away the swimmers in a 'tsunami pool'.<br /><br />Tourists can be heard screaming and several swimmers were dumped onto the land.<br /><br />According to reports, the incident was caused by the mechanical fault and the 'tsunami pool' has been shut down for inspection.<br /><br />The filmer is a local resident travelling to the water park with his family. He happened to capture the incident when he was about to record some happy moment.<br /><br />44 people were injured and the case is in further investigation.
