Woodstock 50 <br />Is Officially Canceled.<br />The festival suffered <br />several setbacks while <br />being organized.<br />It was just <br />two weeks from <br />its start date.<br />The unfortunate dispute with our financial partner and the resulting legal proceedings set us off course at a critical juncture, throwing a wrench in our plans and forcing us to find an alternate venue to Watkins Glen, Greg Peck, Woodstock 50, via TMZ .<br />The venue, <br />Watkins Glen, pulled <br />out of the festival due <br />to money issues.<br />Festival organizers <br />said they simply ran <br />out of time "to produce <br />a proper tribute.".<br />Several artists — including <br />Jay-Z, Miley Cyrus, John Fogerty <br />and Carlos Santana — had <br />pulled out of the festival.<br />Before being cancelled,<br /> the festival had moved venues and <br />was converted to a free show.
