It's not just the foreign ministers who are meeting in Thailand.<br />The nuclear envoys of Seoul and Washington are in Bangkok as well,... accompanying their foreign ministers, and they met on Wednesday afternoon.<br />South Korea's foreign affairs ministry says the two exchanged their views on the latest missile test by North Korea.<br />They then reportedly agreed that the most important thing is to resume working-level talks with the North soon, and discussed diplomatic efforts to do so.<br />
