A driver who allegedly had a few drinks before getting behind the wheel is seen crashing his car at speed into a parked vehicle in New York's Queens on July 12.<br /><br />Home CCTV footage shows the driver hit the Suburu head-on moving it multiple metres away from where it was originally.<br /><br />The driver gets out and doesn't appear to be seriously injured.<br /><br />A small crowd gathered around him while he appears to leave the car under duress.<br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare: "The driver confessed that he 'had a few' and that another driver caused him to swerve, but the footage does not show anyone else involved in the collision. <br /><br />"I asked him how could he have been driving so fast in a neighborhood where children typically play on the sidewalk, and that he could have killed someone."
