Sam Fox, the Arizona restaurateur behind popular restaurants like North Italia, Zinburger, and Culinary Dropout, has sold the company to The Cheesecake Factory. He will still be in charge of the company and it will remain headquartered in Phoenix. We spoke to Sam to see what the announcement means for customers, if anything.
