National Defence University of Malaysia (UPNM) had issued a statement and said that abuse is not part of their culture and not it’s a common occurrence at the university.<br /><br />A video of an abuse incident which happened at the university has gone viral on social media since Thursday.<br /><br />UPNM claimed that it was a 2016 case and that it gives an inaccurate depiction of the situation at that time.
