Parts of the city of Hanoi in Vietnam have been flooded by rain from Typhoon Wipha.<br /><br />Footage showed cars and motorbikes driving through deep floodwaters on Saturday.<br /><br />According to the filmer, some areas of the city experienced "traffic mayhem."<br /><br />Typhoon Wipha, the third tropical storm to strike Vietnam so far this year, has killed one people and left 15 others missing, according to local media.
