Apple CEO Tim Cook has publicly commented on the two shootings in Texas and Ohio on Saturday.<br />According to Business Insider, that's where 29 people were killed in less than 24 hours.<br />Cook alluded that the US government's efforts so far to control gun violence have been ineffective and non-existent.<br />The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.<br />The suspected shooter in El Paso was arrested.
