문 대통령, "평화경제로 일본 경제 따라잡을 수 있어"<br /><br />President Moon Jae-in says Korea should turn Japan's trade restrictions into an opportunity to revitalize the local economy.<br />Speaking during a weekly meeting with his top aides,... the president highlighted the need for determination in order to overcome Japan's retaliatory trade measures.<br />"Japan can never stop the leap of our economy. Rather it will be a stimulant in fostering our will to become an economic power."<br />The president went on to say that once the peace economy is realized through economic cooperation between the two Koreas,... the country will eventually overtake Japan as an economic power.<br />The President's so-called peace economy envisions peace and economic development can reinforcing one another,... and providing a new growth engine for the economy.<br />
