A woman called the police after spotting an old man lying on his back floating down a river in Beijing on August 2.<br /><br />The video shows an old man in a red T-shirt lying in the river and flowing down with the stream. <br /><br />A woman can be heard calling the police on her phone: " [I am] on the east side of the bridge. The man is moving [with the river]."<br /><br />After a while, the old man suddenly stood up and walked away.<br /><br />The woman shouted to him: "Can you walk onto the shore?"<br /><br />Another man asks "is he drunk?" and the woman replies "I don't know."<br /><br />After the police and rescuers arrived, they talked with the elderly man and told him off before letting him leave.
