Mexico Vows Legal <br />Action Against US <br />Following El Paso Shooting At least seven of the <br />20 people killed at an <br />El Paso Walmart were <br />Mexican nationals. Nine Mexican <br />nationals were also <br />injured in the attack. In a video posted to Twitter, Mexican Foreign Minister <br />Marcelo Ebrard labelled the attack a <br />"terrorist act against innocent Mexicans." The alleged shooter published a <br />manifesto online, declaring the attack <br />"a response to the Hispanic invasion of Texas.” Authorities are <br />investigating the <br />massacre as a hate crime. Marcelo Ebrard, Mexican Foreign Minister, Twitter Ebrard announced he would <br />visit El Paso to meet with <br />families and offer the support <br />of the Mexican government.
