Chinese employees ate live eels as a punishment after they failed to reach the target in southern China.<br /><br />The bizarre video, shot in Dushan county in Guizhou province on August 6, shows a man carrying a bucket of live eels giving them out to the employees and then they struggle to bite the live eel in half.<br /><br />An employee, from Dushan International Automobile Building Materials, shows the half-eaten eel and asks: "Is this OK?"<br /><br />According to a shop owner, most people doing the punishment were shop owners and they all volunteered to do it.
