Montana Man Fractures Child’s Skull For “Disrespecting” National Anthem.<br />A 13-year-old boy was attacked at a Montana county fair for leaving his hat on during the national anthem.<br />Curt James Brockway was arrested after the assault, <br />which he justified due to the boy’s "disrespect of the national anthem.".<br />Brockway was already a registered violent offender for a 2010 incident involving a weapon. .<br />The unnamed victim reportedly began seizing on the ground, with a witness saying he was also “bleeding out of his ears.”.<br />The teenager was airlifted to Spokane, Washington <br />where he received treatment and is now recovering <br />at home in Montana.
