北, 29일에 최고인민회의 소집... 올해 두번째<br /><br />North Korea's state media says the North will hold the second meeting of its 14th Supreme People's Assembly, the regime's rubberstamp parliament, later this month.<br />This is only four months after the North held the first meeting in April.<br />During that meeting, the Supreme People's Assembly re-elected Kim Jong-un as the leader and representative of the regime, replaced the regime's cabinet, and revised the constitution.<br />Watchers say it's quite rare to see the North hold the parliamentary meeting twice in a single year.<br />The upcoming meeting could deal with the regime's five-year economic development plan -- due in 2020 -- and foreign policy goals, including its denuclearization talks with the U.S. <br />
