On Thursday, former Vice President Joe Biden made another gaffe during a campaign stop.<br />Biden was in Iowa, talking to a group of mostly minority voters.<br />He said that "poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids."<br />The 2020 frontrunner quickly clarified on those remarks.<br />He said "wealthy kids, black kids, Asian kids, no, I really mean it, but think how we think about it."<br />Earlier this month, Biden misspoke about mass shootings in El Paso and Ohio.
