A poor pet dog was dragged for an uncomfortably fast run by a man on a motorbike in Vietnam.<br /><br />Not only was the man cruel in forcing the dog to run flat-out in the middle of a busy road, but the run would have been particularly hard for the small dog as it was a hot day in the tropical country.<br /><br />Fortunately witnesses intervened and told the man off, telling him to put the pet on the back of the bike at least.<br /><br />The sad scene was filmed on 9 August 2019.
