Tens of thousands of people attended an opposition protest in Moscow.<br /><br />The rally was called to demand fair elections after opposition candidates were banned from running in Moscow city authority elections<br /><br />It is the fourth such protest, but unlike the preceding two, which ended in arrests, was authorised by the authorities.<br /><br />However, there were clashes and arrests after the end of the officially-sanctioned protest.
