Research shows drinking more than three cups of coffee a day can be detrimental for those of you who suffer from migraines. <br /> Studies conducted by researchers at America's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center show over three cups of caffeinated drinks a day may trigger a migraine, but one or two cups are generally OK.<br />Researchers say 227 grams of coffee, 170 grams of tea or 57 grams of energy drink should be considered as one caffeinated drink. <br />The study was published in the American Journal of Medicine. <br />
