The South Korean government is set to roll out a price ceiling system for apartment complexes built on privately-owned housing sites.<br /> The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will announce the new measures on Monday following consultations between the government and ruling party. <br />The new system will target bubble-prone areas, especially in Seoul's Gangnam district. <br />There had been speculation the announcement could be delayed as the government is concentrated on devising countermeasures against Japan's trade curbs. <br />However, an ministry official explained the price ceiling system will be announced as scheduled. <br />
