A Norwegian Air Boeing 787 is believed to have suffered an engine failure, which led to fragments from the plane falling and smashing car windows in Rome's Fiumicino. The incident occurred as the flight was taking off from the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport to LA. Footage shows plane fragments and the holes and cracks on car windows that the debris caused. Italy's flight safety agency (ENAC) is investigating the incident according to Italian media.
