북한, ‘새 무기 개발’ 국방과학자 103명에 승진인사<br /><br />North Korea has given promotions to scientists it says researched and developed the regime's purported new weapons system.<br />According to Pyeongyang's Korean Central News Agency, Kim Jong-un handed out new ranks to 1-hundred-3 researchers who helped strengthen what it calls the regime's self-defense capability.<br />The agency says... North Korea has finished developing a powerful new weapon system.<br />It has said before that a new weapons system was used in five separate test-launches it's conducted since late July.<br />
