Dirty and foul-smelling toilets along with litter reflect the country’s lack of civic mindedness, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said on Tuesday.<br /><br />He said he often inspects public toilets and found them disgusting.<br />The same, he said about rubbish and litterbugs.
