"방사능 불안" 올림픽, 시민단체 일 규탄<br /><br />South Korean civic groups protested against Japan's hosting of the Olympics next year.... over concerns of radioactive waste water from the Fukushima nuclear disaster.<br />Some 30 groups gathered Tuesday in front of the former Japanese embassy in Seoul, where they argued Prime Minister Abe's claim that the water is under control is not true.<br />More than one million tons of the water is in storage there, with up to 4-thousand tons being added each week with no viable ways of their disposal.<br />The Olympics Games are a festival of peace, but they said Abe is using the global event to promote Japan.<br />They also claimed that the food given to the athletes could be contaminated.<br />
