South Korea's central bank governor Lee Ju-yeol has received an "A" grade from Global Finance for the second year in a row.<br />According to the recently released Central Banker Report Cards,… Lee and nine other central bank governors received an 'A' grade.<br />U.S. Fed Chairman Jerome Powell and ECB President Mario Draghi received "A-".<br />Global Finance has published the Central Banker Report Cards every year since 1994.<br />It gave 94 central bank governors a grade from "A" to "F" based on factors like inflation control, economic growth goals and interest rate management.<br />
