A woman was caught red-handed attempting to steal a couple of plant pots from the front drive of a house in Derby.<br /><br />The footage, captured on Tuesday morning (August 12), shows a woman crouching down attempting to take the two potted plants before getting caught by the homeowner.<br /><br />Helen Large, who can be seen in the window warding off the thief, told Newsflare: "I initially only saw the dog and was going to attempt to go out and then noticed the women knelt down under the window. <br /><br />"I was shocked and surprised then realised what she was attempting to do so I banged on the window to let her know I was there and for her to move on."
