Teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg set sail from Plymouth in the UK on Wednesday (August 14) bound for New York.<br /><br />The electricity onboard the racing yacht will come from wind turbines and solar panels, meaning the journey has a zero carbon footprint.<br /><br />The Atlantic crossing is expected to take two weeks.<br /><br />Once in New York, the 16-year-old will attend a UN climate conference.
