Two security guards have been filmed smashing glass bottles onto the ground to allegedly prevent residents from parking their cars in northern China's Tianjin.<br /><br />In the clip, the two men in uniforms take the bottles out of boxes and start to smash them on the ground leaving shards of glass scattered around the area.<br /><br />According to reports, the property management and security guards attempted to force residents to park in the garage so they could charge higher parking fees.
