A powerful tornado hit northern China's Yingkou on Friday (August 16), blowing down trees and breaking the car windows.<br /><br />The video showed a twister swirling above the city and then flattening trees on both sides of a road. <br /><br />Footage also showed damaged vehicles in a residential community.
