Occurred on June 12, 2019 / Barbourville, Kentucky, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "I was taking a video of it raining outside and as I turned it on the lighting hit. The sound was very loud and it made the electric blink. The lighting hit an electric pole. There were sparks that came up."
