A suicide bombing at a wedding hall in the Afghan capital Kabul on Saturday night has killed 63 people and wounded almost 200.<br />The Islamic State group has claimed for the attack.<br />The blast happened during a wedding ceremony at around 10:40 p.m. local time.<br />The Taliban denied any involvement, calling the attack "forbidden and unjustifiable."<br />But the Afghan President said the Taliban "cannot absolve themselves of blame, for they provide a platform for terrorists."<br /><br />
