Rembau MP Khairy Jamaluddin said that having a single school system is one of the best ways to foster unity.<br /><br />However he said it should have been something that was done from the start as once they allowed for vernacular schools it is difficult to unravel it.<br /><br />He said Malaysians should now aspire to have national schools become the automatic school of choice by being "so good that parents want to send their children there."<br /><br />He was responding to a question at a forum titled “Beyond 2020: Fresh Views, New Visions” at Sunway College today.<br />
