A roof of a residential building collapsed and narrowly missed a woman running past it in northern China's Xinzhou on August 17.<br /><br />The terrifying video shows a building roof suddenly crashing to the ground, sending thick smoke into the air just seconds after a woman ran past.<br /><br />Another clip shows the broken concrete blocks on the road with damaged vehicles.<br /><br />Luckily no one was injured, but nine cars were damaged.<br /><br />According to reports, cracks were found in the collapsed roof in March this year but the property management only warned residents and did not take any action. <br /><br />It isn't the first time that the roof of a building collapsed in the residential community. The case is being investigated.
