On 16 May, when the Indian National Congress took the dias to criticise three years of NDA government, one could see a change in their approach.<br />The Congress has been making major changes in its organisational structure after losing in the recent elections.<br />For an instance, most people addressing the media were young leaders which was a significant change for Congress.
